Hi I'm Jon.

Health and fitness have been a core part of my life for the last 25 years.  No matter the season, it’s where I find inner balance and strength. I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, a certified stretching coach, and a lifelong learner. And with over 75 Spartan races under my belt, I’m always seeking ways to challenge both body and mind.

More recently it has become a gift to share this passion with others and witness the positive impact it brings.

What if I am not in shape or haven't worked with a personal trainer before?

There's no better place than to start where you are! I work with all fitness levels, including beginners. I will assess your current fitness level and goals to design a personalized program, building your endurance, strength and confidence.

How much does this cost?

Programs are designed based on individual goals and commitment level. Your pricing will depend on what you need to get you where you want to go.

Do you offer single sessions, I'm just looking to try this out?

We offer a 3 session trial program. Schedule a call to get the details and get started.

How often should I train with you to see results?

The frequency can be adjusted based on your goals and availability. Most clients train with me 2-4 times per week, as well as scheduled time for exercise on your own. What we do for the other 23 hours of the day is just as important!
